Beyond the flat CAD

Take a CAD and turn it into a coloured CAD using your colourway library, or render it further with the materials and trims from its BOM. From the same flat sketch, your team can see a product at three levels of fidelity, all driven from one record in WFX.

It does not replace a sealed sample or pretend to predict everything the factory will see. What it does deliver is a far richer view, far sooner, than a tech pack can carry on its own. Enough for designers and developers to discuss a real product, not a line drawing.

Common questions

How realistic are AI Sample Room renders compared to a real proto?
Renders are photoreal and based on the actual materials, colourways and trims specified in your WFX BOM. They are designed to support design and buying decisions before the first proto round, not to replace sealed samples for fit and construction.
Will our designs be used to train your AI models?
No. Your designs, data and renders are not used to train any model. Outputs belong to you.
What WFX data does AI Sample Room need?
Product records, the Bill of Materials, your colourway library and any reference imagery you hold against the item. AI Sample Room connects to your existing WFX instance with no extra data entry.
What happens if our BOM is incomplete?
AI Sample Room works with what is present and flags the gaps. The richer your WFX data, the better the render. We can advise on a quick pass to get the most-used products to render-ready quality.
Can we use the images for marketing and ecommerce, not just internal review?
Yes. The same render data can produce flat product images for ecommerce, studio-style imagery for buyer presentations and on-model lifestyle imagery for early marketing.
How long does setup take?
A working setup against your WFX instance is typically live within a few days. Pilot teams usually produce their first useful renders in the first session.
Where does the AI processing happen?
AI Sample Room is delivered as a cloud service hosted in the UK. Image generation and analysis use a leading third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) on a paid plan under which your data is not used to train the provider's models, and we may change providers as the technology and terms evolve. Your renders remain your property.
How is AI Sample Room priced?
Pricing is set per pilot and rolled into a subscription on graduation. We tailor it to render volume and team size. Get in touch and we will share the current pilot terms.
