Product Data Management
You and your team could spend less time going through emails and spreadsheets to manage products. PDM gives you a centralized, shareable and trackable cloud-based system housing all your design & product information. A great option to create structure and transparency with the option to upgrade to PLM.

The flexible and process driven approach you need to really move your development and production processes forward

There’s a reason for that age-old adage, “time is money”. When you spend your time sorting through spreadsheets and scouring emails for information, you’re wasting valuable time that could be best spent optimizing and selling your product. When you implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system into your growing business, you’re able to take time away from monotonous, manual tasks and put it towards productive tasks. A Product Lifecycle Management system pulls all the processes related to product development, approvals, supplier management, pricing and production into one system.

We represent WFX in Europe from our offices in London. This technology company has grown with us to become the leading Cloud based platform for PLM / Product Management for the fashion industry. With flexible and expandable product management focused technology solutions from WFX, we can also help you choose the right combination of tools to help you transform your processes and business. Whether you start with our full PLM or efficient PDM, we aim to save you both time and money.

PLM or PDM, what is right for your business?

Do you need a solution that combines all your product specifications with critical path management, approvals and messaging? Then starting with the WFX Cloud PDM may well be the best thing your business can do right now.

If your needs go further than this, for instance because collection planning, factory audits, samples or purchase orders are a key part of your product lifecycle processes then you are likely to need PLM.

You can of course start with PDM and then upgrade when required. This is the right thing to do if you do not anticipate upgrading for at least a year, mainly because there would be additional configuration efforts at the point of upgrade.

Beyond PLM we have upgrades available for DAM (Digital Asset Management with mobile iOS apps), Adobe Illustrator and Quality Audit Management with AQL iOS inspection apps as well.

The WFX system is a true Cloud system. Upgrades are included and as the upgrades show there is new additional functionality rolled out on a regular basis which allows our clients around the world to roll out more features to their over 30.000 members of staff that use the system in more than 20 countries.

Why in the Cloud?

True Cloud applications can make the difference between ‘Where do we start?’ and ‘Let’s get started!’. The pre-built processes, adaptability and shorter implementation and training times give numerous benefits in comparison to traditional IT infrastructures.

It is the difference between buying a plane to get from A to B and booking your chosen seats, custom meal and lounge access on a reliable airline. You still get from A to B, but without having to do everything that is involved in running an airline. You get your mission accomplished in comfort and style without 100% of the responsibility.

This simple comparison shows the difference between the core of our two systems.

In addition these can be extended with further apps and functions, as well as easy plug and play integration options.
